Great place for a hen do. Very knowledgeable instructor and gave us loads of help and guidance. Great laugh and would highly recommend!

This is the best spot for OCR training in the South East, it's a really friendly crowd and the facilities are perfect regardless of your discipline OCR, CrossFit, Spartan. Also you can book the place for events hen parties or vintage teas that sort of thing. If you're getting ready for an outdoor event this spring or summer this is MUST 👍

Amazing venue. All the fun with out the mud. We had over 30 obstacle to play on and Mark helped us every step of the way. As Mark is a qualified Spartan SGX coach he had lots of tips and advice on how to tackle the obstacles so we can take part in a Spartan race.And to finish the day a delighful area next to the lake was set up for our vinatge tea and cake.
