Bike fit was fantastic, I have noticed a big improvement in my average speed and am very comfortable on the bike now. He was friendly and really new his stuff. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and great advice. They even let us use their workshop so we could put some front panniers on our tandem. We can't thank you enough, you made it possible for us to continue our tour of the islands. We went to Mull, Iona and Islay after our stop in Oban.

Pedal bursts on Mull ..no shops responding…Oban cycles a ferry ride away will stay late to fit my road bike pedal … off the ferry find the shop and Rory removes bust pedal fits new one sorts the bill …back on same ferry we came over on Brilliant Can’t ask for anything more.. Shocked at being shouted at by the Oban bike shop owner for the second and last time. I’d left my bike and said to his colleague I’d bring in the parts as I’d bought them in Brighton. He’d fixed it and provided new parts I didn’t want. He wouldn’t even let me see it till I’d paid and when I said that I had agreed I’d bring the parts in he shouted at me that he was going to charge me £25 a week storage charge. Went in a few weeks ago with my partner to get a bike, the service was amazing, so much good advice. Ordered a cannondale bike through them, and it arrived the week after. When I went to collect it, it was fully built and ready to ride away, with some more good advice on care and maintenance of the bike. I would recommend them to anyone, very friendly and approachable, and obviously care about what they do. Nice people, I hope their shop goes from strength to strength.
