A big disappointment, 4 waters all in a line, Looks very unkept to say it's a commercial fishery. You would have to be very brave to take your car down the track, it's unbelievably steep, rough and long. I would say go to Fairview or Stake hill instead

First time here, must say I'm very impressed fished small lake on right as you arrive. Caught quite a few small mirrors (to 2lb), roach (to 1lb), common bream (around 1-2lb mark) and a tench (1/2lb) pole fished at approx 8m falling to maggot/corn/meat/ pellet. All fish in amazing condition putting up a good account for themselves, a great days fishing highly recommend.

Poor maintance of ponds...saturated with weeds. No toilet facility on site...contradicts what website says. Local swans and ducks pester more than usual. Poor fish stock...wont be going back again.
