About OAK Forest School, Wilderness Skills & Survival Academy
Oak Forest School & Wilderness Skills CIC is a Community Interest Company. We have been successfully established since 2010 to provide outdoor learning experiences for children and young people. This includes Forest School, Bushcraft and Wilderness skills activities for children and training courses for adults. The founder our Outdoor Manager Melv Mills developed an idea of a "bushcraft" club for local children. The inspiration behind this award winning group was from both a military career and work as a Project Manager with a Police Force looking at ways to tackle antisocial behaviour.
