  • Gary's Online PT platform has been really helpful in my workout journey. I've been able to get personalised workouts specific to my strengths and weaknesses. Each week my reps or weights have been changed by Gary according to my responses after a workout which is all done via an easy-to-use app. He's even amended my workouts when I am abroad on holiday (using body weight) upon my request.
