Best MMA gym I've trained at. A family run business who made me feel very welcome from the start. Great value for money and the best coach you will find! I cannot recommend it enough.

Nova Forca is an excellent gym with a friendly atmosphere. Ricardo is an great instructor who is always happy to help. The gym is welcoming to anybody, both new and experienced. Really couldn't enjoy training here more.

The Nova Forca family are amazing both on and off the mat. Our son has been practicing for around 12 months. We wanted him to focus on the discipline and technical elements of Brazilian Jujitsu and after a few weeks of hard work, he finally started to get it!! He now responds super well in the sessions, Ricardo is a phenomenal coach and continues to train and teach the kids not only jujitsu, but also instilling key life skills, whilst the kids have fun.
