The trainer I had when I went and learnt at the training academy was really good and super friendly. The overall experience afterwards is absolutely appalling. I learnt in lockdown and as you can imagine I have forgotten some of the steps due to not being able to offer this treatment to anybody. Superb lashes training academy. Educators are of the highest standard - they really make you feel confident. Trainers and customer service teams are always on hand if you need them, either on the phone or via the Facebook support group. It really is fantastic service and I can't wait to book my next course with Nouveau Lashes.
