The government’s National Skills Fund programme has created new opportunities for adults who are unemployed, earn below the National Living Wage annually (£18,525), or do not already have a level 3 qualification. You must be aged 19 or over to access funded full-time learning. We are expecting the government to continue offering the National Skills Fund programme for eligible courses starting in September 2023, but we are still waiting for confirmation.
