Nottingham Theatre Dance School

My 5 year old dances here and I could not recommend it enough. They are very professional but ever so caring too. You can tell that they care for the students and they are so lovely with the little ones.

I’ve been dancing at NTDS since I was 7 (I’m now 18) and I would say that it is an amazing dance school. It is the most loving and caring environment to be in. I also made great friends there. I’m very appreciative of my teachers there and love them to bits. Learnt a lot of valuable life lessons here 💙💙💙

Both my daughters have attended over a span of 20 years, the eldest now dances professionally. Excellent training with lovely teachers and students. Highly recommend.

I made the decision to send my daughter here 7 years ago, it was the best decision I’ve made. They are one big happy and supportive dance family that we are very proud to be part of! Thanks to the dance teachers for doing such a great job! 🥰

I would not recommend this school. Although results at festivals are good, they come at a price. The teacher is obsessive, and rude, and her teaching methods are highly questionable: favouritism, body shaming, constant humiliation, shouting and denigration. It borders emotional abuse and affects students' mental health negatively.
