My son has been having lessons with Toby for approx 4 months now after a recommendation from a friend. I can honestly say this was the best decision we made. Alfie has learnt more in the last 4 months that the last 2 years combined with his previous tutor. His technique, strength and improvisation are greatly improved and his ability to read music has gone from non existent to extremely good. Talented and professional tutor who is patient and friendly. Clearly plans well in advance to include both take away sheets and digital files when relevant to help continued development even when out of the studio. 10/10 recommend.

After having had a number of lessons with Toby I cannot praise more highly his work ethic and attention to detail. Always tailoring the lessons specifically to meeting my own specific goals, including areas I didn't know I needed. His passion and dedication to his craft as well as sharing his knowledge is evident and infectious. I am lucky to have begun and will continue to share my drumming journey with him.

Toby is an excellent drum teacher. Came to him 3 years ago having never played before and now I'm studying my grade 8!! Super patient, efficient and gets results. Also just an all round nice guy! I highly recommend him to everyone!
