Northern Pole Dance

Really rude and patronising teachers. I went to the wrong floor for my stretch class and was a few minutes late when I got to the right place, the teacher just snapped, “You’re late, you can’t come.”. I told her I’d paid for the class and she just said that it says on the website you can’t join if you aren’t on time. Even if that’s the case, you don’t speak to people like that, I am a paying customer and this isn’t PE class. I heard her laughing at me when I left too.

Absolutely live going here. I started ariel hoop 3 weeks ago and am now addicted to it. I was a little nervous at first being a larger woman but honnestly wish i started years ago. Everyone is lovely and people of all shapes and sizes go. If your thinking about going dont hold back and go for it. The only thing i regret is not starting earlier.

Fantastic studio and great atmosphere. Sisi is my "go to" instructor and I love her mixed pole, private and pole flow dance class. I can't recommend her enough, as I've learned and progressed so much in such a short space of time. Warm ups and cool downs are always careful selected for each class depending on which moves we will practice on the day and which muscle groups need the most attention, so i find im always well warmed up and safe when training. Thank you !

I’ve loved and enjoyed every class I’ve been too! Kirsty is an amazing teacher! And I would recommend anyone to come join the classes at beginner pole!

Classes themselves are fun but the experience was compleely ruined by the worst customer experience of my life. They literally made me cry... I would not recommend. They also have a really strange booking policy so if you can't make a class make sure you let them know at least 2-3 days before as I've lost a lot of money if things came up or I booked the wrong day, so double check every booking that you make. The other teachers seemed nice and taught well but the owner was extremely rude regarding an injury I sustained in the first class. A refund was denied and she tried to put the blame on me, saying that I possibly already had something wrong with my wrist. I have no medical history of wrist problems and even went to the doctor and he confirmed there was no former issues.
