A brilliant confidence boosting club with such a positive spirit amongst the whole class. Our Son very much enjoys every session, and it has made a massive difference to his confidence!!! Mike is a brilliant teacher and we highly recommended the club :)

Both myself and my two boys train with Mike and we all absolutely love it. Excellent class for all abilities. Easy to follow, great tuition and a real family environment. Would recommend to anyone to give it a go!

Mike is a brillIant instructor, passionate and extremely knowledgeable about Lau Gar. The sessions are a lot of fun, often mixing traditional techniques with continuous sparring and pad work. For such a young school the atmosphere and team ethic of the club is really impressive. It is testament to the students but more so to Mike’s attitude and teaching style.

Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend this club. Our son thoroughly enjoys, and looks forward to these sessions. We were amazed at how much he has learnt, and how good he is, in such a short period of time. He has just obtained his white sash. The club is really friendly and welcoming, a real value for money and our son gets so much enjoyment out of it! Mike is a fantastic teacher, this is just a great club! Mike ran his ladies kick fit class. He was really supportive as many of us had not done exercise in a while. He encouraged us and helped us improve our fitness while having fun in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Mike is a great instructor. I highly recommend his classes.
