I rang North Rigton kennels to enquire about Kennel capacity for my cockapoo. I was met with an abrupt, rude employee who said she was too busy to help and had too much to do so could not offer me any support and advice regarding how I could safely kennel my dog. Felt really disappointed and let down by the service.

I have 2 Norfolk Terriers and have been taking them to North Rigton Kennels for other 6 years. They both stay there for day boarding and overnight stays on a regular basis and they absolutely love it!! Linda, John the owners and the whole team who I must say have been working there for many years make a big fuss with my dogs and when I’m away on holiday a have received regular photos and videos of them having the time of there lives!! I have never negatively reviewed anything before but the other day after I politely expressed a concern at the counter at Rigton, the result was an email requesting that I take my dog elsewhere. When I emailed back they didn't even reply. My dog has been at Rigton for over a year and I am saddened that them being busy means that they now don't care about their clients.

Zeus loves coming to day boarding. Lovely clean kennels and great care given. I can tell Zeus loves going as he gets so excited everytime we drive in the gate and cries a little in the car when we pick him up to go home. We use doggy day care a few times a week whilst working and would not go anywhere else. Linda, John and the staff work very hard to ensure Zeus has the best experience. Highly recommended.
