  • Absolutely love Norah's Yoga Class 💛. Vinyasa Krama is for everyone, it really is. The classes are well structured but also very relaxed. Norah is extremely knowledgeable and her approach is reassuring for beginners and also inspiring for those who have done yoga before. I look forward to each and every class 🙏

  • I started coming to Norah's yoga classes when I was around 27 weeks pregnant as I was suffering with sciatica. It ended up being so much more than I could have imagined and I have gained so much from the classes. I have learnt about positions for birth and how to control my breathing in order to relax. Norah is lovely and makes you feel welcome, you can really tell that she is passionate and has a genuine interest and desire to help you to have a positive birth experience. Thanks to Norah I f...

She creates a lovely balance of the physical movement with breathing and meditation. Norah is also very approachable and welcomes questions and feedback and offers good advice on how to modify each ...
