Noel taught my daughter to drive. She spent nearly 2 years (pre covid) with two different instructors and got virtually no where. She was going to give up completely. A friend recommended I called Noel. After a matter of months she passed first time last week. I paid for the lessons but now have a free taxi service Thanks Noel 😍
