Very nice welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They help calm me down when am nervous being waxed. I highly recommend this place for waxing needs.

Katie is always such a pleasure to be with! She makes it super comfortable and little to no pain. Also brill person to have a chat with! Id never go anywhere else!

I am a regular customer at nkd and the last few times I have seen any therapist for my treatments.I had an appointment with anika today and I just wanted to leave a review to say how professional, extremely thorough and pain free the treatment was . I have most definitely found my regular therapist .

The waxing eyebrow service I received was fine. However the customer service was pretty substandard. I felt rushed and patronised at reception when entering the store for the first time. I have never been to a salon before for am eyebrow treatment and this experience has been quite off-putting. I was also booked in for a second appointment without my consent and then charged for it when I did not attend (I was away on holiday at the time so of course would not have consented to this booking. ...
