  • Nick is an amazing trainer. He’s so flexible when it comes to my crazy work schedule and makes sure to always fit me in. Every session he pushes me harder towards my goals and expects a lot from me which keeps me going. He even manages to work around general complaining/moodiness from me on occasion! He even helps me plan for workouts when we are unable to meet due to holidays etc. to keep me on track.

  • I absolutely love my sessions with Nick, he caters to your personal needs and makes you feel so comfortable no matter what level you are at. He challenges you appropriately, makes working out fun and generally makes you want to work out; none of that insecure feeling you get at the gym normally!

  • Nick has been our PT for a year now. We started out for a month or so of sessions, but we enjoy our sessions so much, we haven't wanted to stop! Nick is knowledgeable and is great at tailoring for our fitness levels and various changing injuries! He is approachable and considerate and he makes our time at the gym enjoyable.   • I started with Nick back in the Summer and it was the best decision I ever made. Our sessions are always absolutely brilliant and I never dread going which is a first for me! Nick is patient and understanding, caring and considerate. He will be your biggest source of encouragement when you feel like you can’t push yourself, and your biggest cheerleader when you do. Not only is Nick the best PT, he’s also become a best bud and I wouldn’t be without him!

  • Nick was an excellent mentor to me on my weight loss and fitness journey. Nick designed a personalised plan to meet my goals over a six week period, and the plan was challenging yet effective. Nick was able to explain the exercises in great detail and show me the correct form. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is serious about their fitness journey!
