NFS Mediation is still working and open for referrals, conducting all initial meetings over the telephone or by video appointment. During this current virus crisis we have ceased all face to face meetings and conferences with our clients and customers. We hope to be able to begin socially distanced face to face meetings soon. We took our first clients in May 1997 and have steadily received a growing volume of referrals since. Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution. It is a process in which impartial, volunteer Mediators listen to the concerns of everyone involved in the dispute and then empower them to explore ways forward.
