New Direction Driving School

Don't know what all the negative reviews are about. After failing twice with other instructors, I decided to give this school a go. Did a mini-intensive course (3 hours) on the day of the test; the instructor was very professional, genuine, knowledgeable and concise. In this short time frame I learn't many new skills, familiarised myself with common test routes and was made aware of many easy to miss key points which I had never been informed of. Terrible instructor, doesn't have half a clue what is going on

Would using a driving school that lets its customers down when failing to fulfill a commitment for a driving test where they were aware of it 6 weeks before the test date. Appalling customer service!!!
