New Concept Driving School

Claudette has been a rock on my journey learning how to drive. As a late learner, she’s been so patient and understanding with me and always did all she could to boost my confidence, even when I kept making the same mistakes. We have such fun in the car and I really am grateful that I found her as my instructor ❤️

Claudette’s lessons have been great fun. She will make sure you’re comfortable and always celebrates the little wins every lesson. If you’re nervous she will recommend soothing remedies to help so don’t worry! if you need someone that is kind, patient, understanding and knows what they’re talking about I couldn’t recommend new concept driving enough!

It has been 3 years in the making. I faced numerous adversity such as the pandemic and countless times my fear got the best of me but today I passed my driving test. I just want to say thank you soooo much Claudette. You are the best driving instructor ever. You are so patient, kind, caring and you believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. Just passed my driving test, thanks to Claudette!! She's very professional & understanding. She helped me understand the common mistakes & road rules to become a disciplined driver. I remember two of her phrases, 1) be a detective 2) when I make a mistake she would say: "I'm happy that you made this mistake, and now let's see how to fix it". This's a positive reinforcement to me. She's patient enough to do the manoeuvres as many times as needed to make me confident. God Bless, Claudette!!
