Neville James Martin - Guitar Lessons

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic guitar teacher. Highly recommended. I've been taking lessons with Nev for 2 years and been amazed at my progress. I'm now playing solo's I never thought possible. He's down to Earth, will focus on what the student wants/needs to learn but will also introduce them to new genres/guitarists and progressively challenge you to more complex techniques. He has even learnt specifically requested solo's just so that he could teach them to me and for that I'm incredibly grateful.

Been going to Neville just over a year now and have come a long way since then. It is clear that Neville wants his students to improve to be the best they can. He has introduced me to various genres of music and techniques I would never have dreamed about, and not only that, sharing with me his love for good music that has really ignited my love for music again in a different way. Neville has taken our son from being a beginner to a grade 7 guitarist, but he has given him much more than just technical skills and grades. Neville has a ‘holistic’ approach to teaching guitar, sharing his own fabulous musical knowledge, music links, significant bands and interesting documentaries which puts being a guitarist in context and has made the whole experience of learning so much more enjoyable and meaningful. I would highly recommend him as a teacher.

Neville is a great guitar teacher. I have only been learning for a few months and lessons have developed from basics through to more technical skills. He has been teaching me these skills through styles of music and songs I enjoy listening to which makes learning more enjoyable.
