Netley Sailing Club

Didn't actually go to the sailing club, but the surrounding area is beautiful, steeped in history and a great place to take the dogs.

Beautiful park and great to watch the ships, wind surfers ,yachts etc If you are planning a dip, as I was, you need to make sure you go at high tide. Not the cleanest bit of beach but not too bad. As the tide recedes, it's muddy and unpleasant

A sailing club that is situated at the other side of Royal Victoria Park. I’ve not been in there but it looks like you have to access it by driving through the country park. There is a large secure compound where many owners’ boats of all shapes & sizes are kept. You can sit on the beach or benches just outside their gates to watch races & regattas.

Excellent fun for all the family, long beach walks and the view of the pier is fantastic.
