Fantastic independent music shop in the Highlands, great customer service from Paul & Mike. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

What an excellent service. I don't like to going into music shops. Always feel like I'm a hindrance to the staff. Normally on a phone or just grunt at you. Not at Ness music. Was helpful and very pleasant to deal with will use them again.

Fantastic shop. Took my record player to get fixed. You pay a base rate and then if it needs more work, you pay anything extra on top. I only paid the base rate as it was a quick fix and it was ready to pick up two days later. Fantastic service, great communication and very good price too. I will definitly use this service again. Came across Ness Music while visiting Inverness, there is a great selection of guitars and gear. Paul was very helpful and friendly, got a set of studio headphones for a great price and they are excellent. Will be returning anytime I'm back in the Ness.
