Nemes Dive Academy

Had our swim induction today and I'm so happy we found it! Finally a lake for swimmers that isn't being overdeveloped and is allowing nature to thrive and swimmers to enjoy it. Loved our swim at Holborough Lake. Great wildlife, lovely water and really friendly people who run it and also swim there. I think we've finally found our 'place'!

They're closed due to a housing estate being built around it, neither the website or Google has been updated to reflect what looks like a relatively long term closure. Rang them up, supposedly I should have checked facebook. Bit miffed as I drove from Essex, luckily theirs Melbourne lakes down the road who have no compressor, and the nearest dive shop to get gas was 20 minutes away

Great place to dive for Open Water / Rescue Diver Courses etc

Really welcoming, friendly people. Beautiful lake, exceptionally well maintained. Fab not only for diving but swimming, canoeing etc. very skilled, professional outfit. Highly recommend.
