If you are looking for a patient and experienced drum tutor, then this guy ticks all the boxes. I came back to percussion after playing in school. Many years later I decided to take it up again and I’m so glad I picked Neil as my teacher. He gives advice about things from kit purchase to technique improvement. I cannot rate him highly enough. As an ex teacher myself, I find his style fantastic and the environment he creates is one which allows you to blossom as a musician and find your niche.

Neil is an excellent teacher. My daughter has progressed really well from an absolute beginner to now playing with a band. Neil is really easy to talk too, make her feel welcome and relaxed during the lessons. He also make sure she is learning songs she likes from bands she loves. I couldn't recommend Neil enough!!! 5 Stars

My son has taken up drumming with Neil and is absolutely thrilled. He leaves every lesson with a huge smile and say "best lesson ever" every time! Neil is a very approachable guy who has a great rapport with children, puts them at ease and makes them want to learn. Very highly recommended!!!!

Neil is a great instructor, he is friendly and patient and breaks things down well to make you feel like you're progressing and learning something new each lesson. He has a good kit to learn on and explains and provides music to practice each week.
