All the treatments I've had with Libby over the years have been effective and really helpful: from sujok for arthritis in my hands to yoga classes to her natural face lift. She is highly skilled and intuitive as to what will be most beneficial at each session, and her demeanor is calming and uplifting- a really lovely lady who treats you very professionally, but always as an individual.
Libby has been doing my reflexology now for a couple of years. She is fantastic and very professional. After one of my sessions with Libby I always feel more positive and relaxed. Always know when I need to see her for another session. Have moved away now but cannot find anyone as good as Libby.
Love taking Libby’s classes. I love the Kundalini technique she uses and how she shares all of her talents around yoga and holistic therapies. I am dying to go on her retreat next year.
