Learn new skills & challenge yourself in the wilderness Should a course participant have any complaints or concerns against one of the members of staff at Natural Survivor Ltd, or wish to discuss something they are unhappy about, they must in the first instance bring it to the attention of the individual concerned. If the complaint isn’t resolved by the member of staff, you can discuss the issue further with the company director of Natural Survivor Ltd. If you still feel that the complaint has not been properly dealt with, or hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, the participant must notify Natural Survivor Ltd in writing no later than 7 days after the event.
