  • Such a great discipline and especially so during these strange times. I have enjoyed sessions for over two years now in a variety of settings. Most recently via Zoom and although not ideal, particularly for performing the form, it still provides great benefits in mind, body and spirit. I get involved in a number of more energetic keep fit regimes, including Pilates, and find this to be very complementary.
