  • Nas is a fantastic PT! I've been training with her for just over 2 months and her sessions have had an incredibly positive impact on my health, both physically and mentally. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about her field. Boxing is really fun and Nas' sessions actually make you want to do exercise!

  • After searching for a female personal trainer for months I finally came across Nas and I'm SO glad I did. I've been training with Nas for about a month now and the sessions are amazing. Nas is motivating, friendly and explains everything so well. I enjoy all aspects of the session and look forward to it each week. Since having a baby I haven't felt like myself, but training with Nas is helping me to achieve my goals and start feeling good about myself again.

  • I’ve had a few sessions and Nasima is a great personal trainer. She took the time to discuss my personal goals and my concerns with training. I love the boxing part of the workout - it’s something different and keeps the workouts enjoyable as well. Nas gives a lot of support and is encouraging without being demanding and that’s what makes me continue the sessions.
