  • I honestly can’t recommend Nam Yang enough. The community is so welcoming and I absolute love attending sessions. I would really recommend Nam Yang to people who want to try something new in a friendly, supportive environment (along with more experienced people). You really can learn at your own pace and are always encouraged in such a friendly way. I don’t usually stick with hobbies but due to the wonderful community surrounding Nam Yang I have this time! :)

The classes are so well structured for all abilities and are both enjoyable and challenging – Nam Yang is honestly the best martial arts class I have been to. Sam is so knowledgeable and friendly and his general enthusiasm, love for life and wellbeing tips means we all leave the class feeling much better than we went in. Thank you Sam!

  • Sam is quite simply the best teacher - his classes are fun, energising, supportive and designed to get the best out of you. Couldn't recommend Nam Yang enough. Such a great community.

I was hesitant at first because I don't like to fight, but I saw it as a form of self-development. After my first kickboxing lesson with Sam, I was hooked! (Pun intended) Everyone at the classes were re...
