Unfortunately not a great experience with this company. They charge £75 to come and assess what's wrong - this is payable immediately. They then go to order the part but don't tell you how much it will be, if you aren't happy with the price then it's tough as you've already paid the call out fee. I was charged £80 for a heating element on an oven, having googled the part it was £30 to buy. it therefore cost me nearly as much as the oven would be to buy, to fix it. Avoid this company like the plsgue Phoned at 11.00 and was quoted a call out charge of £75 ....arranged engineer to come out on Wednesday which they confirmed....at 4.30 they rang me to say the engineer was on long term sick and the other engineer they could send would be £95 call out fee. This despite having a verbal contract with them confirmed by them at £75...it was to late for me to get anyone else.....rip off...avoid

Abysmal. Avoid NAC - the fitter arrived and diagnosed the problem with the our dishwasher, however when re-applying the door cover to the dishwasher, after inspection, he over-tightened the screws so they damaged the panel. He left the dishwasher open, so that the cover was facing the floor, and issue was only spotted once he'd left.
