I love MZ9. The guidance and enthusiasm from the team is second to none, whether training at Kingdom or online. The outdoor location is breathtaking at times, even during the colder months. The community spirit is great with organised team events inside and outside the club a fun addition. Many friends made, fitness expectations exceeded, and the positive contribution to my mental health can’t be underestimated.

I've trained with MZ9 both face to face and online. Individual or group training with friendly members and dedicated, knowledgeable and caring coaches. Tailored feedback and development advice even in group sessions. Focusing on safety and form, not speed or posturing. Nutritional advice and accountability groups. I've been attending MZ9 fitness classes for over three months. I've never enjoyed working out so much. I've met a great bunch of people and have pushed myself harder than I would ever do in a normal gym. I feel so much fitter and more energised than I did before joining. The weight loss is a bonus.
