We have 12 cars with my car direct the service they provide is excellent in fact after the amount of let downs we have had from other companies who promise vehicles they are the only ones that always deliver, these guys do what they promise. Don't waste your time on companies that say they have high end cars they string you along. You will get what you want with My Car and as a customer we intend to add more cars to our fleet because of the brilliant customer service.

Fantastic! Very professional and easy to work with. The entire process from start to finish was straightforward & clear and best of all you actually get to speak to a real person easily! I dealt with Michael who was outstanding in his customer service. Great cars - even better price compared to the usual rip off at the airport. Definitely worth the short journey from Heathrow to Hemel Hempstead to collect the car. I will definitely use this company again.
