  • I attended my first Zoom yoga class with Emma tonight and it was wonderful. I’ve been doing yoga for a while but had stopped for nearly a year and this class was the perfect reintroduction to my practice. Emma is very clear, has a great energy and I liked the fact the she could see us during the class. I will definitely be attending again . Thank you 🙏🏼

  • MyBody Studios provides the perfect atmosphere and surroundings for either a relaxed and effective yoga practice or a vigorous BarreConcept class. The professional staff are friendly and welcoming, no matter how much or how little experience you have, the class is tailored to your ability. Everyone I have come across in class is both friendly and helpful. Its just the best place in the North East to feel good about your body.

  • I have been attending My Body Studio s for several years now. I attend as many classes a week as I can and it has become an intergral part of my weekly routine. I love the one to one attention that you receive from Emma and Jasmine during class . I enjoy Pilates yoga and barre. Kay's ariel yoga is amazing too. This is a studio that all abilities, ages and shapes can enjoy in a friendly and supportive way.

  • I thoroughly enjoy the Barre and Pilates classes. The instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Due to problems with most of my joints but particularly my back, I have been so impressed with their ability to adapt exercises to allow me to fully participate in the class without feeling awkward about doing something different. I cannot recommend the team, classes and facilities at Mybody Studios highly enough

  • I attended a Pilates taster workshop at MyBody studios 3 years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve now tried most of the other classes but the problem is I love them all! All ages and abilities attend this friendly studio and the expert teaching ensures I get out of every session exactly what I need.
