My Tailored Coach

My Tailored Coach offers both a life and executive coaching tailored to your needs, in French or in English. Our coaching method follows mostly technics from Neuroleadership Institute, based on the most recent findings from neuroscience. Our unique method facilitates results with clearly articulated and well structured processes, providing clarity around ways forward by focusing firmly on setting and achieving objectives. Our coaching will help you to think further, with the right questioning to let you find your own path and solutions. It will help you to move forward towards your goals focusing on actions and results. ​We will not analyze the past as a therapist could do, nor tell you what to do as a consultant. We will walk you through the steps and keep you motivated all long your coaching sessions towards growing and achieving your goals, your way.
