Cat is such a lovely and caring yoga teacher, cannot recommend her classes enough! I did her online prenatal classes while pregnant and post natal classes live, the venue at the Beckenham Mansion is beautiful! I also did a birth preparation session with her and it really helped me prepare after a difficult first experience, I wish I had done prenatal classes with her the first time around!

Cat was the most wonderful guide during and after my pregnancy. I can’t rate her highly enough!

I have loved taking Cat's pregnancy yoga classes throughout my pregnancy. The classes are excellent for all levels and the venues are great. I couldn't imagine being pregnant and not taking Cat's pregnancy yoga class. It has kept me physically and mentally strong throughout my first pregnancy and has given me the tools to be confident during birth.
