Visiting from the US and wanted a bodybuilding gym, this was a great find! Day pass is only $6.50 USD. There’s plenty of equipment (main level chest and back/arms, upper half is a leg room, other half is a boxing room and cardio equipment). The staff were all very helpful, welcoming and friendly! Locker rooms/restrooms upstairs are small, but there’s a womens and mens single stall downstairs too. It was a good environment, hard workers all around.

BEST GYM IN UK. This may be only be applicable to some but I find this gym is such a good enviroment for bodybuilders. Machines are great

Had your heart broken recently? Then this is the perfect place to come and go full beast mode. Proper old school, metal plates kind of gym, equipment selection puts most other gyms to shame. 💪 Not quite 5 stars as a fair few bits of kit were broken on my visit and maybe a revamp on the shower area needed, felt like being back in the school locker room , just an open room with 4 showers, not for those who are shy. Very good old school bodybuilding gym in East London. Everything you'd expect from that with pictures of pro bodybuilders around and a lot of different machines and freeweights. There's also a boxing gym upstairs which is really cool. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. There's a charge for the lockers (20p) but if you don't have that, the staff have on many occasions given me the money to use the lockers.
