This is the second time that I have booked in with Tara! This woman knows her stuff... more than. Her knowledge and approach cannot be bettered as far as I'm concerned. I have booked a block of sessions and will be going onto a monthly maintenance session after. Thank you Tara. My back now feels much much better and I'll do the exercises as promised Rich 😊

A very in-depth consultation to begin with including looking and researching my problem to get to the root cause allowing Tara to provide the best possible help.. I was very impressed with what became the solution and I cannot thank Tara enough for going to so much trouble.. I no longer am in pain and am grateful for all her help.. An amazing lady and massage Therapist.

Used this service today for a torn muscle,was well happy with the result,pain has lowered with a good sports massage,would highly recommend.
