  • Wonderful yoga class for mamma's to be & anybody else who would love to start a day in a relaxed & settled way. Great for beginners to learn the basics and experiences yogis to slow down. Very very recommended.

  • Very much enjoyed the mummy yoga class, plan on returning very soon! Prefect for beginners to advanced as given options for a lot of the moves to make it easier/harder. Went on the recommendation of my nurse due to back pain and noticed a difference after just one class!

  • A wonderful relaxing way to exercise in the 3rd trimester! I just wish I’d started earlier in pregnancy as I thoroughly enjoyed the sense of calm as we stretched and moved preparing for labour. Perfect for any level - I’ve never done yoga before but there were some much more experienced women in class who were able to adapt the exercises to their level. Thoroughly recommend, Rehana is kind, professional and empowering.

  • I had been to antenatal yoga classes before Rehana’s class in my previous 2 pregnancies & I have to say that her one was by far the best. I very much enjoyed every class; such a relaxing environment but also felt like it was of real benefit physically & mentally. I highly recommend!

The exercises can be adapted to suit your needs and growing bump, and Rehana encourages you to do what is best for your body, without any pressure.
