  • 5 months after having a baby I struggled to find a PT that had postpartum qualifications....until Gosia. Why did I not discover this girl sooner! Gosia drew up a nutrition and workout plan to help my body start shifting the baby weight and I have seen a big change since starting with her in May. Definitely recommend her and MTB fitness for anyone wanting to get into a better lifestyle and have great inspiring, motivating coaches to keep them on track.

  • I highly recommend the MTB team! They are a couple of very dedicated PTs, listening to your needs and goals and preparing the diet and training to fit in with your lifestyle!
