Mr Baker'S Cake School

Another amazing course at Mr Bakers Cakes. Today was Soda Bread, dinner rolls and long prove loaf. All I can say is if you haven’t experienced Mr Bakers Cake School you need to book a course. You will not be disappointed.

Just completed Mr Baker's Cake Basic's 101 course and it was brilliant. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn lots of hints and tips about cake baking and icing basics. Rob is a wizard baker. Highly professional, approachable and made the course so enjoyable. Looking to book my next course already.

Our 5 year old loves the KS1 after school sessions. He brings home the most delicious food for us to eat as well as the recipe card so we can try it at home. Rob is a natural with children, our son is always so excited for Baking school

Just back from Mr Baker’s Cakes Connoisseur (Vanilla and Raspberry) Cupcake workshop. I cannot recommend The School highly enough. Rob’s workshop was incredibly enjoyable but also very informative. I have learnt lots of helpful tips and achieved a bake I would not have attempted on my own. What a very delicious recipe! The School is really well equipped and Rob explains each stage of the process in a clear and accessible way. I will definitely be returning for more baking fun!

Had a fantastic day during The Chocolate Drip Cake course today. Rob made everything easy to understand and fun. The day was really relaxed and he was on hand to help. I hope to do more courses soon
