  • MPRS is the only fitness class that I’ve consistently kept at for over a year now. Group moral is fantastic and the sessions really do improve fitness and keep you motivated towards your goals. Also the sessions are geared towards supporting running whether you are doing a Couch to 5k or training for a marathon you will definitely be totally supported by Mike , see improvement, and be less prone to injury in your runs. Full Marks from me..

  • What can I say - Mike & team are very professional, dedicated and fun! Workouts are tough (which is what you want!) but there is a real sense of team spirit! My personal goals / plan are helping me achieve my personal goals in a structured and lasting way. Highly recommended!
