Sasha has been an excellent cycling instructor. She has been very patient and supportive with a complete beginner like me and very good at breaking cycling down into manageable stages.

Sasha taught SUP to my daughter and a group of her friends (all aged 13-14) for their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh, at the ADUR Centre and at Shoreham and Kingston beaches. I could not recommend Sasha more highly as a teacher. She was brilliant! At 47 years old, 6’4” and somewhat (!) lardy I was delighted to have been given a learn to SUP session for my birthday. Even better, Sasha came to a local lake in Keint and brought a board that - while inflatable- didn’t show any signs of bending under my weight! Sasha was fantastic - a great confidence giver and very clear on what to and when. Within 5 minutes I was vertical (ish) and by the end of the lesson I was doing laps of the teaching area with ease. Great cycle tuition. Sasha came to our house and taught my 8 and 11 year old daughters how to ride on the road. She built up a great rapport with the girls and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They are now confident cycling out on the road.

My daughter had always found it difficult to learn how to ride a bike. She just didn’t feel very confident at all and myself and her dad just couldn’t get her to do it!
