  • I started with online training at the beginning of the year and these guys are honestly the best! I work with Kerrie and honestly she has transformed my life. I am always supported and always heard. If something isn’t working then we will try something else. Online training is tailored to suit me, I can move/change days about and not worry about anything! I feel like I am in control. Kerrie is so kind and caring and she is super helpful! I would highly recommend Movement Health and Fitness!!

  • First and foremost that you get, is a real warm welcome from members and coaches, whome are extremely professional, approachable and friendly. The gym is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The coaching is second to none, you are shown to do everything correctly in the gym, which was most important to me!   • I joined movement health and fitness in January and haven't looked back since. It's been such a great journey. The coach's motivate you in sessions and push you to more than you think you are capable of and after each session I really look forward to the next. Having Aaron as my coach has made such a difference as he keeps me in check and accountable which is brilliant. The members are also lovely and encouraging too. If you need motivation and support I would highly recommend this gym.

  • I signed up for a 6 week challenge after being inactive for a while because of lower back pain. Well, after 3 weeks of training with Aaron, I can say I've become so much stronger and my back pain is easing up too. I love the 45 minute sessions and Aaron is always checking if you're using the correct technique and pushing you to progress.
