  • Absolutely top rate coaching from Kris, he offers a refreshing approach to training which has, in my opinion, bettered anything previously tried. I am far more aware of my capabilities and my strengths. I am undoubtedly stronger, more agile and dynamic, both in my sports and indeed every day life.   • I have had 4 sessions with Kris. I'm 60 years old and the initial assessment performed by Kris was very informative and confirmed my thoughts about my ankle and hip flexibility (or lack of).
