Great experience buying a bike online and long distance. Negotiating a deal was easy and smooth. Bike was clean, newly serviced and MOTed when I arrived at the showroom to collect. The team went out of their way to help and go the extra mile for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy from them again.

We went into this Suzuki motorbike store and bike salesman were all pleasant but we wanted some heated gloves,so walked through to the clothing dept to be met by the most unhelpful unsocialable sales person we have ever dealt with ,he only spoke when spoken to ,did not offer any advice or support. I have been a customer of the Motor cycle Mart since the 1970's when it was based in Mill Street, I visited today for an MOT. Everything went well as usual, the guys there can help with all your motorcycle needs, Top notch.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the staff that work at Motorcycle Mart. They made me feel very welcome also went way beyond most bike motorbike shops, I arrived at 4:10pm (closes at 5) needing a new tyre and they fitted me in even know they had alot on. They even brought me a coffee as the coffee machine was out of order. I'll be returning definitely so keep up the good work chaps and the level of service, thanks again.
