I went to see Mustapha with a stubborn knee injury, having already seen two different physios before with no real improvement. Only weeks away from a marathon I was desperate for help. From the first session I had massive improvement and left with a plan to keep building on that improvement. With Mustapha's help I completed the marathon and with my knee intact!
