As a trans woman, I have a need for wigs and so, I made an appointment at Morgan's. I was very pleased with the sensitive service and advice I received as I selected a new wig. I'm very happy with my purchase and wold like to offer a big thank you to Claire for her help and advice today.

I bought a wig from Morgan’s as was undergoing chemotherapy. The wig cost £260 and started to fall apart when I began to use it regularly. When I went in they said it was ‘out of warranty’ but it wasn’t because it was the final 6 month and therefore under warranty. The lady promised me she would contact them and let me know. I never knew about this place until a friend of mine went a couple months ago. I booked an appointment and was seen very quickly. Staff there are so lovely and super helpful, on hand to answer questions you may have when getting your first wig. I am very impressed with my purchase from Morgans, thank you ladies.

My mum went to Morgan’s today and she was so impressed with the service she received. She travelled all the way from Coventry and it was worth the trip. She was very nervous about her appointment but Claire put her at ease and gave her all the reassurance and information she needed. Would happily recommend Morgan’s they were fantastic would definitely be going there again.

Claire was amazing. She made the whole process quick and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and from my first visit to collection today was only 1 week after needing to order something in for me. Very impressed, would definitely recommend!
