Best martial arts gym in the area, knowledgeable and friendly coaches with a lot of classes at flexible times, great value as well

I train one-on-one with Harry who is brilliant and has really helped me to improve my technique with his endless patience and encyclopedia of explanations. I noticed that all the instructors at the club are welcoming whether you are a beginner or experienced. Also quite a few women and girls train here too and it's a good atmosphere for females from what I have seen. The students and staff are respectful to everyone. They train hard and have a great attitude. Highly recommended.

Absolute brilliant place great friendly staff and a wide choice of classes and gym equipment

Love this gym. Been taking my son to the kids classes for over 2 years now . Everyone is really friendly ,and the coaches are great with the kids but also fantastic coaches ,with a wealth of knowledge of not only Muay Thai ,but martial arts in general . Training nights are the only time my son is happy to leave the Xbox. A great gym with top level coaches.

Real friendly coaches with a deep knoledge of there martial arts , the gym has a very friendly vibe and it often feels like a second home , classes are intense and you definitly get what your moneys worth . Would reccomend to anyone thats intrested in getting into mauy thai , boxing or jui jitsu .
