I have been training with Monita for just over 6 weeks now. Her sessions are well thought out and she plans them to ensure I get the best workout. Being 53 with all the hormonal issues that come with this age, it is SO tough to lose weight - however, since starting with Monita I have gained 1.11kg in lean body mass and lost 1.21 kg in fat mass and 1.39% body fat. Monita is a fantastic personal trainer. I haven’t exercised in over 4 years so I am very unfit. Monita understood me from the start, she is lovely, kind and encouraging but will push you to do your very best. She explains the exercises well, and verbally assists corrections where required. Whilst it is hard work, I’m really enjoying my sessions. Highly recommend Monita.

I decided to try Monita’s 1:1 sessions earlier this year with the aim of core strengthening & becoming more energised. I am thankful to have found such a thoughtful personal trainer. Monita is excellent; has a sound knowledge of nutrition & adapts session to suit where you’re at & what you would like to achieve. I now look forward to our sessions & return home sweaty & smiling – Monita is great fun, seriously good at her craft & I've signed up for another 6 months!!
